Demo Data & Disclaimers

All product data, pricing, specifications, and examples shown in the interactive demonstrations (laptops, air purifiers, etc.) are synthetic and for illustrative purposes only. They do not represent real products, sellers, or market conditions.

The system demonstrates decision-making methodology and does not constitute:

  • Medical, financial, or legal advice
  • Warranty or guarantee of specific outcomes
  • Endorsement of any particular product, service, or vendor

Privacy & Data Collection

This website collects minimal personal information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws:

  • Contact form submissions (name, email, company, use case description) for pilot inquiries
  • Waitlist signup data (email, optional demographic information, pricing feedback) to notify you of launch and improve our service offerings
  • Anonymous analytics data to improve site performance (page views, session duration)
  • Anonymized user preference descriptions submitted through our demo tools, used solely to improve our preference reasoning interpretation engine

Waitlist Data Collection (GDPR Article 6)

When you join our waitlist, we collect the following information:

  • Demographic data (optional) — age range, education level, profession — to understand our audience
  • Pricing feedback (optional) — your preferences on plan pricing — to validate our business model
  • Additional notes (optional) — any feedback you choose to share

Legal basis: Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) when submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Data retention: Waitlist data is retained until 6 months after service launch, or until you request deletion.

Data sharing: We do not share your waitlist data with third parties. Email notifications are sent via Resend (our email provider), which processes data under a Data Processing Agreement.

Preference Data Processing (GDPR Article 6)

When you use our interactive demos, we may process anonymized preference descriptions to improve our AI search engine. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in improving our services. All preference data is:

  • Fully anonymized before storage (no personal identifiers retained)
  • Used exclusively for service improvement and algorithm training
  • Never sold or shared with third parties
  • Processed within the EU/EEA or in countries with adequate data protection

We do not:

  • Sell or share your personal information with third parties
  • Store credit card or payment information (no transactions on this site)
  • Track you across other websites
  • Use your data for purposes other than those stated above

Your GDPR Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
